Cancellation Policy
To avoid forfeiting your deposit, appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If your appointment is rescheduled within the required timeframe, your deposit will be transferred and applied to your new appointment date. No-call/no-show appointments will result in a non-refundable deposit and may affect your ability to book future appointments. Updated Appointment Requirement: Due to recent business changes, all clients are now required to arrive with their hair freshly shampooed and completely blow-dried prior to the start of their appointment. Please arrive ready for your scheduled service, as additional time for shampooing or blow-drying will no longer be provided.
