No More Closure Crisis!

Ok guys, I’ve figured out why some closures tend to be very obvious to the public’s eye!

Did you know there are two different types of closures 😦

Yes there is! and I’m here to expose these bad boys!

As we all know, in the weave world, the reason for the closure is to subsitute for our leave out while providing a realistic look. That lace is supposed to be our right hand man that holds it down while we live our best life with our new install lol. Nonetheless, boost our confidence level from 0 to 100!

So why do they tend to give us such a hard time!? Why do they like to be the center of attention and humiliating at times? Well ladies, after reading this blog you should no longer go through the hassle again because unlike Sway, I have the answers!!!! 😂

First, lets talk about the two types to look out for:

  1. FRENCH LACE

  2. SWISS LACE

Notice the difference between the two?

The french lace has smaller holes and the swiss lace has larger holes. But why is that 🤔

Well, when using this material in the case of weaves, they both give off different vibes.

THE VIBE OF THE FRENCH LACE

Due to the holes being smaller, the lace is thicker and more durable. It’s difficult for this lace to tear and fray. That’s a great thing right!?

Study’s says this lace is invisible to the public’s eye as well. 🤔 hmmm, i kinda disagree with that one. If the lace is thicker, that would make it harder to hide the demarcation don’t you think 💭 So when dealing with this particular lace, you will spend more time tweaking it to disguise the obvious lace upon the hairline. That makes more sense to me 🤷🏽‍♀️ Anywho.......

THE VIBE OF THE SWISS LACE

When it comes to this lace, you’re working with a winner!! Although the holes on this lace is larger, its also finer and blends better with the skin..... meaning it is less visible than the French lace. If You’re looking for a good “Melt down“ look, this is your go to because it’s more transparent! The only con about this lace is that it’s more fragile and easier to tear so you must handle with care.

Now that you have the scoop on both lace materials, which lace are you going with!?

CHOOSE WISELY!!!!!
